About the Church of Wambo

Embracing Diversity in Spiritual Understanding.

Our Values

Truth
We are committed to seeking and sharing the truth revealed through Jesus Christ. In a world full of confusion, we stand on the unshakable foundation of God’s Word, guided by wisdom, integrity, and honesty in all we do.

God’s Love
We believe God’s love is the beginning and end of everything. It is patient, powerful, and freely given. Our mission flows from this love—a love that transforms hearts and brings healing to a broken world.

Goodwill to Humanity
We are called to serve others with compassion, kindness, and humility. Our desire is to reflect the heart of Christ by lifting up the weary, welcoming the outsider, and pursuing peace and justice for all people.

Our Mission

Mission Statement
Our mission is to share the truth and love of Christ with all people—especially those who have never heard His name or known His teachings. With hearts on fire for the Gospel, we carry His light into the world, reaching out to the lost, the seeking, and the unaware. We do not come to impose, but to invite—to speak of grace, to live out compassion, and to reveal the living Christ through every word and deed. In doing so, we pray that all may come to know the One who calls each of us by name.

Core Beliefs

We believe in taking a fresh, honest look at the New Testament—returning to the teachings of Jesus with open hearts and discerning minds. While tradition has shaped much of modern Christianity, we seek to follow Christ Himself, not just the systems built around His name. We value what Jesus taught: love over legalism, mercy over judgment, and truth that sets people free. We welcome questions, wrestle with Scripture, and remain rooted in the life and words of Jesus as our guide. Our faith is not about religion for religion’s sake—it’s about relationship, renewal, and real transformation.
